Fénix De Los Ingenios is an early music ensemble devoted to the performance of Hispanic and Latin American music and literature. |

| Namesake | ||||||||
Our name is taken from the pseudonym of the famous sixteenth century dramatist Lope De Vega (1562-1635) who modestly called himself “El Fénix De Los Ingenios,” which roughly translates into “The best of the ingenious." |
